THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SATMETEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages resulting from reliance on weather information provided through the Service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
